Lug Caps

Lines are available as Micro (2-out), Midi
(-6-out) and Maxi (-8-out) versions. Caps are
produced from 30mm to 120mm. Those lines
are very compact consisting of just 2 presses
for the metal forming and lining.

Special features are pillarless shell dies with
carbide punches and cut edges in sheet feed
presses and compact curl and lug forming incl.
compound lining in our lugging press. Transfer
in the lugging press is made by belts formed
out of chains which makes change over very
simple. Lining spin is kept slow to prevent
compound to move up the cap wall.

Because of full sheet processing our
sheet fed lines offer for this application
the following features:
