Road tanker metering systems
The choice of the tank truck application optimised metering technologies is the base for a reliable metering.
Alfons Haar offers different metering technologies such as an extremely accurate positive displacement (PD) flow meter range or high performance turbine flow meters merged with separate installed or even integrated pumps.
Alfons Haar metering systems can be combined with direct (unmetered) delivery methods, SPD systems for sealed parcel deliveries and COP systems for crossover preventions including DTMQ (direct data transfer of measured quantities via the gantry/truck API couplings - no cables, no radio and 100% automatic).
In any case normally only one X-Master controller is required and provides the human machine interface as well as the single point of data transfer. This makes Alfons Haar systems so convenient for drivers and operators.
Generally there are 2 options to transport and deliver liquid products.
At the delivery the products are
1) unmetered and the product(s) integrety is secured by sealing methods during transport
2) metered, the quantity integrety is granted by an as much as possible accurate measurement.
Both solutions can be combined for multi purpose road tankers or to extend the metering with a quality control solution or product cross-over prevention.

PreciPURE road tanker delivery systems are the all-in-one solution and designed for high discharge metering rates and ideal for larger volumes. PreciPURE is based on Alfons Haar helical turbine flow meters and includes a manifold integrated pump.
PreciPURE enables parallel multi-product/compartment deliveries even with different methods at the same time.
Bulk Adblue delivery
PreciBLUE road tanker delivery systems are the all-in-one solution and designed for high discharge metering rates and ideal for larger volumes. PreciBLUE is based on Alfons Haar Venturi flow meters and represent a complete solution merged with the regular fuel delivery fuel system.
PreciBLUE enables 2 meterings with only one controller.
